South Shore agency in the Boston area seeks an experienced Personal Lines CSR to help with daily client service, policy changes, billing, new business accounts, and renewals.
Duties & Responsibilities
Keys to your success include:
- Ability to quickly process policy changes, additions, billing, claims status, and renewals
- Maintain and update coverage summaries, prepare binders, and ensure accuracy of new policies prior to client delivery
- Assist with account rounding by making recommendations to current clients that will update and enhance their policies
Skills & Experience
- Two or more years of property and casualty insurance experience
- State insurance license
