About the Role
Insurance job opening for an experienced commercial lines client service professional. As Commercial Insurance Account Executive you support a P&C team that’s rapidly expanding, helping ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Closely work with clients to fulfill all daily client service needs. Follow up on questions about coverage, billing, claims, and other outstanding matters.
- Gather information for renewal. Review policies for accuracy and prepare submissions for remarketing. Coordinate timelines with underwriters to secure competitive quotes and put together proposals.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure escalated client issues are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner. Coordinate efforts with producers to identify account rounding, upselling, and referral opportunities.
Skills & Experience
- At least 4-5 years of commercial lines property and casualty account management experience.
- Excellent client communication, presentation, and stewardship skills.
- Active state insurance license.
