About the Role
Remote insurance job opportunity for an experienced Employee Benefits Client Manager. You join a Midwest based insurance agency that has been growing and expanding in Michigan for the past couple of years. Here are a few job specs:
- Service the book of established clients that’s been built in-state as well as assisting other teams in other offices as needed. Most of the accounts are fully insured with a few self-funded groups too.
- Support the lead consultant with client reviews and attend meetings, follow up on action items, document correspondence, maintain files in the agency management system, prepare benefit guides, and support the renewal process.
Skills & Experience
- Three or more years of group employee benefits experience working in a client service/support account management capacity.
- Active state insurance license.
- Able to travel occasionally for client meetings in and around the Detroit area.
