Job Responsibilities: Help account managers with daily policy management and renewal preparation for commercial property and casualty insurance clients.
- Gather and update information and files to assist with renewal submissions
- Review forms, update applications, and ensure accurate files/data entry in the agency management system
- Daily activity follow up and correspondence with clients and underwriters
- Process auto ID cards, check policies and endorsements, request cancellations, and issue certificates of insurance
Experience:
- At least one (1) year of commercial property and casualty insurance client service experience
- Active state insurance license or able to obtain one within 90 days of hire
