About the Role
An agency in the Twin Cities seeks an experienced property and casualty insurance professional to lead their team as Bilingual Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager. You’ll service an established book of business, help generate new insurance sales, and provide day-to-day leadership. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client relationships, cross-selling, mentoring team members, and helping grow a multi-carrier independent agency.
Duties & Responsibilities
Client Service: Assist insureds with policy management, renewal preparation, quoting & rating, billing, and answering questions related to their insurance programs.
Business Development: Help with new sales opportunities that come through referrals, inbound calls, and cross-selling/upselling new lines of coverage and policy enhancements.
Team Leadership: Serve as a player/coach with other team members. Offer assistance, training, and support where needed.
Skills & Experience
- Active P&C insurance license
- Bilingual- fluent in Spanish and English
- 3+ years of property and casualty experience in client service and/or sales
