About the Role
Hybrid work schedule available with an independent insurance agency in the Nashville area. They seek an experienced Personal Lines CSR to help with daily client service, policy changes, billing, new business accounts, and renewals.
Duties & Responsibilities
Keys to your success include:
- Ability to quickly process policy changes, additions, billing, claims status, and renewals
- Maintain and update coverage summaries, prepare binders, and ensure accuracy of new policies prior to client delivery
- Assist with account rounding by making recommendations to current clients that will update and enhance their policies
Skills & Experience
- Minimum two (2) years of personal lines insurance experience
- Active insurance license
