About the Role
As an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager, you’ll join a high performing team at one of Florida’s fastest growing independent insurance agencies. Their staff is at capacity and needs your help in marketing, client engagement, and policy management. The agency has a lot of clients in construction, manufacturing, distribution, and real estate.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support account executives with executing service plans and renewal preparation for middle market and large clients, many in excess of $50k in agency revenue
- Work directly with clients to answer policy questions, resolving billing issues, provide feedback on the renewal process, and review coverage
Skills & Experience
- Minimum three (3) years of commercial lines account management experience with an independent insurance agency
- Active Florida state insurance license
