About the Role

This large national insurance broker is seeking a qualified individual to help lead their operational growth for their commercial lines Property and Casualty division. The ideal candidate will have previous agency-side experience, be a strong technical expert in training and development, and can be a liaison between multiple internal departments.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal operational leaders in technology, finance, account management, and sales to provide long-term strategic planning
  • Analyze data sets to turn reporting into actionable items for all teams
  • Work closely with carrier and vendor partners to ensure data integrity and transfer is lining up with projections
  • Communicate with finance and accounting to coordinate efforts on resources for clients
  • Provide guidance for account transfers as they come into the new business pipeline and information flows through the agency portal

Skills & Experience

  • 5-7 years of experience in operations for either a retail insurance agency or large insurance company
  • Strong understanding of commercial P&C products and procedures a must
  • Experience with communications, training, operational efficiency, data analytics, and technology

Compensation, Benefits, & Perks

$85-100,000 + full benefits package + hybrid schedule
