As Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager you join a large insurance broker’s health and welfare division, supporting Key Accounts and focusing on self-funded clients. This is a stewardship role with a high level of client engagement where you’ll provide insight on market changes, compliance, enrollments, coverage, pricing, and renewals.

Responsibilities:
- Relationship development and renewal management with current clients.
- Execute daily service strategies (preparing & writing proposals, providing quote comparisons, performing benchmarking & financial underwriting review).
- Create coverage specifications, analyze quotes and negotiate with carriers.
- Participate in presentations and enrollment meetings.
Experience:
- Minimum five (5) years of group employee benefits client management experience.
- Active state insurance license
- Experience with self-funded arrangements
