Hybrid job opening for an experienced Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager who has expertise with Large Groups (500+ lives). You partner closely with account executives, sales, and agency leaders to maintain a high level of account satisfaction and retention.
Duties & Responsibilities

- Marketing cases (fully insured and self-funded)
- Daily customer service requests
- Employee meetings and enrollments
- Renewal prep and marketing
- Vendor management
- Client meetings and presentations
Skills & Experience
- Minimum three (3) years of group employee benefits experience in a similar agency client manager capacity
- State insurance license
