About the Role

Hybrid job opening for an experienced Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager who has expertise with Large Groups (500+ lives). You partner closely with account executives, sales, and agency leaders to maintain a high level of account satisfaction and retention. 

Duties & Responsibilities

Here’s a little bit about what you can expect at your desk each day:

  • Marketing cases (fully insured and self-funded)
  • Daily customer service requests
  • Employee meetings and enrollments
  • Renewal prep and marketing
  • Vendor management
  • Client meetings and presentations

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum three (3) years of group employee benefits experience in a similar agency client manager capacity
  • State insurance license
