About the Role
The Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager is a newly created job working with a sales executive whose book is growing quickly. They need someone knowledgeable with the client service process for life and health insurance policies. The agency is one of the most well-established independent firms in the Mid-Atlantic. Accounts range from small to mid-sized groups, typically 50-300 lives with some reaching 500 ees.
Duties & Responsibilities
Here’s a little bit about what you can expect at your desk each day:
- Marketing cases and helping with renewals
- Daily customer service requests
- Employee meetings
- Renewal prep and marketing
- Client engaging responsibilities including discussions (phone and in-person) to review coverage, pricing, enrollments, and more
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of health and welfare insurance industry client service experience
- State insurance license
