About the Role

An Enterprise Risk Management firm in Atlanta seeks an experienced Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join the service team. The company provides insurance analysis, risk control, and program management to energy-related companies. Although a unique setup in the sense that they are not a traditional broker, the company’s internal workings from your vantage point will feel very much like a traditional retail agency.  

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Organize, plan, and execute daily tasks related to marketing, client service, and renewal preparation. This can range from reviewing a contract or policy to gathering information for an application, claims report, or billing question.  
  • Team Support: The executives are the senior consultants who travel extensively. Your ability to keep the ball rolling with the office’s ‘to do’ list frees up their time in business development. Likewise, you can help the administrative support team improve workflows and efficiencies in the service process.

Skills & Experience

  • At least 3-5 years of commercial insurance account management experience with a retail insurance agency.
  • Broad, all-lines coverage background including GL, property, auto, and work comp. 
  • State insurance license.
