About the Role
The Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager job opening takes the lead on client management duties for a VIP book of business. This is an active book of business with many long-standing legacy accounts. It’s high touch and high transaction with the need for you to remain very organized, direct workflows, delegate duties when needed to account coordinators, and easily step in on escalated issues.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish solid client relationships and manage the delivery of services
- Answer questions from clients and managing day-to-day account responsibilities regarding coverage, billing and collections resolutions, policy changes, completing applications, etc.
- Correspond with carriers and provide status reports on new business and renewal pricing and coverage options
Skills & Experience
- At least five (5) years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience in an account management role
- Broad proficiency with P&C package policies like general liability, property, auto, workers compensation, and professional liability
- Active state insurance license
Job Specs
Location: Qualified candidates can be considered on a 100% remote, work-from-home basis. Will be required to work Central Standard Time hours
