The Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager joins a dynamic group as a super regional insurance broker. Their team is growing and needs experienced client managers who bring unique experiences and expertise to the table. Duties and Responsibilities
Senior Account Managers are responsible for a diverse book of middle market business. You’ll be involved in renewal strategy, remarketing, and managing service deliverables. A snapshot of other responsibilities you could take on include:
- Summary review
- Renewal preparation
- Onboarding new clients
- Ensure daily service tasks are completed including contract review, answering coverage inquiries, preparing proposals, binding communications, cert templates creation and approval, etc.
- Risk assessments to identify exposures in current policies and programs
- Review contracts and coverage limits
- Marketing; engaging carrier partners to review/quote coverage
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar Account Manager or Account Executive capacity for an independent insurance agency.
- Minimum five (5) years of related insurance industry experience.
- Active state insurance license.

Locations: Detroit, MI as well as Cincinnati, Columbus, or Cleveland, OH. Hybrid schedule available.
