About the Role

100% remote insurance job opening. As Regional Director, Commercial Insurance Agency Operations you hold a critical leadership position at one of the country’s largest and fastest growing insurance agencies. You’ll oversee teams and operations throughout states in the Midwest, South, and East Coast, developing ways to align service strategies, create cohesiveness, and position teams for continued organic growth and through acquisitions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build out team infrastructure; assist field office leaders with managing growth, integrating acquisitions, and aligning their efforts with the company’s overall ‘customer centric’ strategy
  • Establish a culture of continuous improvement to ensure training, quality assurance, and workflows meet the needs of clients and make sense for the organization
  • Develop strong relationships with key insurance company partners
  • Serve as an industry leader and subject matter expert on industry regulations as well as market trends

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of commercial property and casualty insurance industry experience
  • Several years of management and retail agency leadership over operations, marketing, and client service

Job Specs

Location: 100% remote for qualified applicants within the Central Standard and Eastern Standard time zones. Expect somewhat regular travel within your group, 1-2 times/month.
