About the Role
One of the largest insurance agencies with 60+ offices in over 30 states has a job opening with its Florida partner for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager. This position is responsible for processing new business, remarketing accounts, and servicing clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
Keys to your success include:
- Ability to quickly process policy changes, additions, billing, claims status, and renewals.
- You’re quick to the draw with online quoting platforms for new accounts and add-on coverage (home and auto being the primary lines) for multiple markets the agency can access.
- Coverage interpretation; you will have a lot of interaction with clients. You must be able to help them understand how policy terms and exclusions are different between major carriers.
Skills & Experience
- At least one (1) year of personal lines CSR or Account Manager experience servicing home and auto policies.
- State insurance license.
Job Specs
Location: The team is based in Pensacola. They are open to remote applicants who have experience handling Florida accounts and have experience working remotely.
