About the Role
An independent insurance agency in Orlando with a growing personal lines practice has an immediate hiring need for a Personal Lines CSR. In this role you help coordinate service deliverables, assist with obtaining and reviewing coverage/quotes, and ensure clients have questions about their insurance policies addressed in a timely fashion.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Complete and submit applications to insurance company underwriters or use online rating platforms to obtain home, auto, and umbrella quotes
- Gather information to help the service team manage expiration dates and plan for client renewals
- Resolve issues related to billing, coverage changes, auto id cards, and more
Skills & Experience
- At least two (2) years of personal lines insurance industry customer service related experience
- Strong computer skills- Microsoft Word, Excel, and online computer rating systems from carriers
- Active state insurance license
