About the Role
Join a leading insurance agency in Charlotte as Personal Lines Account Manager. Their team is growing and would like someone who can handle the full service cycle to manage renewal timelines, update risk information, and provide clients answers about policies, pricing, and additional support.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the external communication conduit between the insurance companies and client. Provide updates on timelines for renewal information and policy changes.
- Review policy and coverage specifications to accuracy. Assist with creating proposals and reviewing market options. Report and monitor claims, addressing escalated service issues.
- Answer client questions regarding insurance coverage and exclusions for home, auto, umbrella, and other personal insurance policies.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum three (3) years of personal lines insurance industry experience working for an independent insurance agency in a similar client service role.
- Active state insurance license.
- Self-motivated with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
