About the Role
As Personal Lines Account Manager, you join a fast-paced group that handles all personal risk management policies from A-to-Z for a large insurance agency’s Northeast Ohio team. They seek an experienced insurance professional who’s looking for new challenges and ways to advance their career in a close-knit group. Your primary focus will be to service middle market home and auto programs, but some private client accounts will be mixed in and will continue to be a larger part of your portfolio.
Duties & Responsibilities
Keys to your success include:
- Ability to quickly process policy changes, additions, billing, claims status, and renewals
- Maintain and update coverage summaries, prepare binders, and ensure accuracy of new policies prior to client delivery
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, helping the team achieve success through excellent retention, seeking out additional revenue opportunities, and improving service delivery
Skills & Experience
- Several years of insurance experience servicing personal lines policies (home and auto) with a strong understanding of the full-cycle client service process including remarketing
- Independent agency experience is required
- State insurance license
