About the Role
100% remote insurance job opening for a senior leader with large scale retail agency experience to take on the role of Director of Personal Lines Client Service Operations. Part of a national insurance brokerage that’s in transformative growth, your role is multi-faceted and focused in areas like operational efficiency, scalability, strategic growth, client service delivery, carrier partnerships, and revenue generation. This is a collaborative position that works in conjunction with internal and external partners, ensuring an innovative, best in class approach to client service.
Duties & Responsibilities
While your role is diverse and blends strategic and tactical elements, everything you hope to accomplish centers on setting a standard of client service excellence.
- Work with regional and executive leaders to build and support high-performing service teams, ensuring enterprise-wide consistency
- Manage department operations, spearheading efforts for efficiency through the integration with carrier partners, employee training and development in conjunction with Human Resources, and KPIs that help many levels of manage assessment and manage workflows and workloads for field offices
- Participate in acquisition integration efforts to ensure continuity
- Provide subject matter expertise on insurance trends and market conditions within insight for senior leaders on opportunities to position the agency competitively
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 10-12 years of property and casualty insurance industry with extensive knowledge of personal lines
- Prior leadership experience overseeing client service operations, marketing, and carrier/vendor partnerships
- Active insurance license
Job Specs
Location: 100% remote within the Central Standard and Eastern Standard Time Zones. Expect monthly travel; sometimes more during peak seasons.
