100% remote insurance job opening for qualified Texas residents to be a Commercial CSR for a privately held, independent agency. In this role you’ll be involved with a lot of different types of accounts, work with specialty lines, and continue to grow in the size and scope of your account management responsibilities.
Job highlights include:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of commercial property and casualty service and account management experience with an insurance agency.
- Portfolio: Mostly a generalist book in various industrial sectors. Expect a blend of account sizes with the average client fitting in the small and middle market categories.
- License: State insurance license is required.
Duties & Responsibilities
For new and renewal clients:
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with your accounts.
- Expand relationships with various insurance carriers.
- Perform account administration.
- Handle renewals.
- Address and resolve any problems/concerns that arise.
