About the Role

Leading all client service operations for a large independent insurance broker in Mobile, as Commercial Insurance Agency Manager you develop, lead, and manage account management teams to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention while meeting the agency’s overall goals and objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of client service staff (account managers and CSRs)
  • Promote the agency’s Best Practices platform to make sure it’s fully implemented and closely followed, providing consistency in service and compliance
  • Manage workloads to maintain a good balance
  • Serve as a conduit between the sales and leadership teams for good collaboration and shared goals
  • Assist in the resolution of escalated customer service, marketing, or claims issues even though no accounts will be directly assigned to you

Skills & Experience

  • At least ten (10) years of commercial insurance experience
  • Active state insurance license
