About the Role
100% remote insurance job opening within Texas for an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager. Working for a close knit Transportation team, they are growing quickly and need additional help servicing new clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
As a Commercial Insurance Account Manager, you will:
- Manage and monitor insurance programs and renewals as well as assist clients with clams, billing, policy changes, certificates, and daily customer service issues
- Work closely with external partners like underwriters and brokers to discuss policy and coverage specifications, renewal timelines, and more
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of property and casualty insurance agency client service experience
- Prior experience with fleet transportation insurance programs is preferred but not required; with a general commercial P&C insurance background the agency can teach the nuances of truck insurance
- Active state insurance license
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
