Commercial Insurance Account Manager – Select Accounts

Insurance job opening with a hybrid schedule in Chicago or Dallas. As Commercial Insurance Account Manager- Select Accounts you manage client relationships, maintain policy data, and ensure the renewal process goes smoothly at a large insurance agency.

• Small business accounts in various industries (main street, contractors, habitation, light manufacturing, and more), generating between $50k-$300k in annual premium.
• These will be stand alone coverages or package policies.
• It’s a high volume, high touch role that requires constant client engagement and a lot of organization behind the scenes.
• There is no involvement from a producer; you will manage all aspects of the client relationship, renewal preparation, and remarketing as needed.

At least three (3) years of independent insurance agency service experience rating policies with multiple insurance companies.

• Location: Chicago or Dallas. Hybrid work schedule (2 days/week in the office) is required.
  
• Systems: Epic or a similar agency management system.
