The Commercial Insurance Account Manager job openings are with a Top 100 Independent Insurance brokerage. Working on high performing teams, both groups are growing, some with middle market accounts and others with large, complex risk management clientele. The senior members of the team (sales and service) need your support with policy management, data entry, renewal preparation, and overall service delivery. Duties & Responsibilities
As the primary point of contact for service issues, you:
- Work with multiple internal partners in sales and client management to handle the service needs that arise
- Coordinate directly with the several points of contact within the account to assist with quotes on newly acquired properties, communication with lenders and explanation of limits, coverage, etc.
Skills & Experience
- At least five (5) years of commercial insurance experience in a similar client service capacity
- State insurance license
