About the Role
As Commercial Insurance Account Executive you are a senior service leader for a sophisticated brokerage’s diversified risk team with responsibility for stewarding a growing, multi-million-dollar revenue book comprised of complex large accounts. As the strategic liaison, you lend expertise across a variety of industries such as food and ag, construction, manufacturing, and more.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact and risk management liaison, consulting directly with accounts on coverage options, gaps and exposures, risk analysis, and renewal strategies.
- Lead client meetings and participate in sales meetings (new and existing business) to promote the firm’s capabilities, strengthen relationships, and provide key risk management insight.
- Create service plans and coordinate efforts with internal sales, service, and marketing teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
- Maintain a watchful eye on daily service issues and address concerns as needed related to billing, coverage, rates, and policy changes.
Skills & Experience
- At least seven (7) years of senior client management experience. Broad, general risk management Commercial P&C insurance exposure.
- Demonstrated experience leading a large, complex book and providing support and direction to junior team members.
- Ability to walk alongside a client through the whole life cycle of the account, from onboarding to renewal.
