As Commercial Insurance Account Executive, you step into a role with legacy accounts and tremendous stability, succeeding a tenured employee who is retiring. The size and complexity of the book requires a skilled leader who enjoys working with larger accounts and wants to be client and market facing.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for clients, consulting directly with them on coverage options, gaps and exposures, risk analysis, and renewal strategies
- Lead meetings and participate in presentations to strengthen relationships and provide reassurance on the agency’s service capabilities
- Create and execute service delivery plans, staying on top of deadlines and managing renewal schedules with the account management team
Skills & Experience
- At least seven (7) years of senior client management experience; broad, general risk management Commercial P&C account exposure
- Coverage expertise includes clients with high liability exposures and layered excess policies
- Ability to walk alongside a client through the whole life cycle of the account, from onboarding to renewal
