About the Role
The Commercial Insurance Account Executive is the ultimate stewardship role. You will work closely with a senior team handling client strategy for middle market accounts with a heavy emphasis on real estate. They need someone with senior account management expertise to be involved in service delivery but also client engagement, account growth, and retention responsibilities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Retention, service, account development, and product/service presentation directly to the insured
- Partner on resource deliverables (loss control, claims, etc.)
- Support training, workflow efficiencies, and best practices within the team
Skills & Experience
- At least six (6) years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience as a Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager or Commercial Insurance Account Executive
- Extensive middle market commercial P&C account expertise
- Strategic planning (renewal marketing, mid-term reviews, and risk service distribution alongside the producer and with frequent, out of the office client engagement)
