About the Role
This independent insurance agency is looking for a high performing Personal Lines Account Manager to join their growing team. You will serve a critical function to provide world class customer service to an existing client base that relies upon this role for daily client questions, renewals, coverage questions, processing new business, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of multiple insurance companies and can adjust quickly in a fast-paced work environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as a main point of contact for processing, client services, ongoing support for claims issues, and more
- Manage the renewal process with a complete understanding of coverages, carriers, review of pricing, and recommended solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, to include carrier contacts, sales agents, clients, and other staff members
Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years of progressive experience in personal lines, preferable in a retail agency setting
- State insurance license required within first 90 days
- Experience working with Applied Epic a huge plus
