A large insurance organization seeks an addition to its in-house legal team. As Corporate Attorney, you will be involved in a variety of corporate legal matters with a particular emphasis on issues involved with the company’s Mergers and Acquisitions activity and due diligence to include contract review and negotiations as well as compliance, licensure, regulatory inquiries, document preparation, and dispute resolution.
Experience
- Minimum five (5) years of legal experience. Both in-house corporate and law firm experience will be considered. Prior insurance industry experience is highly desired but not required.
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions is required.
- Active license to practice law and admission to at least one state bar maintained in good standing is required.
