About the Role

A super regional insurance agency is hiring a Commercial Insurance Account Manager for the Large Accounts team. Open due to an upcoming retirement, you’ll take over a legacy book of accounts across a variety of industries; many are contractors and construction related. With administrative support from the processing team, your time will be spent on client facing duties and leading the renewal process.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all client service inquiries, delegating some admin related tasks to the support team but keeping a watchful eye on accuracy and timely client feedback.
  • Manage the renewal process from start-to-finish. Complete applications. Submit applications. Remarket and obtain quotes from underwriters. Prepare proposals. Request binding. Set up invoicing including finance agreements.
  • Conduct audits. Ensure accurate data management within the agency’s management system. 

Skills & Experience

  • At least three (3) years of personal lines insurance account management experience including work with affluent, high net worth policies.
  • Active state insurance license.
