About the Role
Join a national insurance agency as Personal Lines Account Manager working with affluent, Private Client Group home and auto policies. Supporting the sales and service team with client management, retention, and growth, you’ll ensure clients receive a consistent, personalized experience to managing their personal insurance programs.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage policies, respond to client questions, and assist with changes, billing, audits, claims, reviews, and other ongoing maintenance.
- Prepare renewals. Complete applications. Request information. Complete submissions and work with underwriters to secure competitive quotes. Complete online rating as needed.
- Coordinate efforts with the sales team; identify opportunities to enhance programs and round out coverage. Address escalated issues. Capitalize on referral opportunities.
Skills & Experience
- At least three (3) years of personal lines insurance account management experience including work with affluent, high net worth policies.
- Active state insurance license.
