About the Role
One of the largest insurance agencies in Colorado seeks an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join their middle market team. You’ll be involved in policy management, marketing, and compliance to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts and successful renewals.
Duties & Responsibilities
Keys to your success include:
- Ability to quickly process policy changes, additions, billing, claims status, and renewals
- Maintain and update coverage summaries, prepare binders, and ensure accuracy of new policies prior to client delivery
- Assist with account rounding and cross-selling opportunities for existing clients
Skills & Experience
- At least three (3) years of insurance experience servicing personal lines policies (home and auto)
- Active state insurance license
