About the Role
As Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager you are responsible for daily client service and account engagement, working independently with little involvement from the account executive or producer, to answer client questions, processing policy requests, and put the renewal plan into action.
Duties & Responsibilities
Working for a super regional insurance brokerage that offers holistic risk management and financial services solutions, your day-to-day activities will involve:
- Respond to client questions and requests for policy information and updates.
- Conduct policy reviews, analyze risk, and make recommendations to improve coverage.
- Lead the marketing process. Gather information, complete forms, and work closely with underwriters to secure competitive new and renewal quotes in a timely manner.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and policy documents.
- Look for ways to round out accounts and pursue up-selling opportunities.
Skills & Experience
- Five or more years of commercial insurance industry experience in a similar client management/account service role.
- Active state insurance license.
