About the Role
As Senior Sales Recruiter, you play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent for a rapidly expanding insurance agency with operations and offices from coast-to-coast. This is a full-cycle position supporting agency partners with succession planning and strategic growth in their sales teams.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify prospects for insurance producer positions. Conduct market research. Build prospect lists. Source and assess candidates, both experienced within the insurance industry and emerging B2B sales talent.
- Work closely with sales leadership to understand hiring priorities, territory needs, and growth targets. Use your market knowledge and outbound recruiting expertise to attract and engage high-performing candidates with a track record of sales success.
- Participate in job networking events like career fairs and campus recruiting.
- Leverage sourcing and technology tools to build centers of influence and create brand awareness about the company’s unique and competitive career opportunities.
- Work closely with candidates and hiring teams to manage the interview and hiring process.
Skills & Experience
- Four or more years of recruiting and/or sales experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and pipeline development.
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills, working closely with candidates and sales leaders to manage, nurture, and influence the recruiting and hiring process.
