About the Role

As Employee Benefits Account Manager you will be a key part of maintaining great client satisfaction and retention. You’re also responsible for a large portion of daily service and policy management, supporting the sales team and Account Executives with the following:

  • Group medical and ancillary policy documentation, spreadsheeting, data entry, coverage review, and client communication
  • Renewal preparation, quoting, and working with underwriters on submissions to prepare proposals
  • Assisting clients with information pertaining to compliance, enrollment, and billing

Job Specs

Location: Knoxville, TN. Hybrid schedule is available.

Experience: Minimum three (3) years of experience working with employee benefits insurance plan client service and/or benefits administration.
