About the Role
A San Antonio insurance agency is adding to its leadership team with this new hire- Commercial Insurance Agency Service Manager. With responsibility for supervising the customer service team, you’ll have many ways to impact the team’s success in this newly created position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Train, oversee, and manage the daily workflow and performance of approximately 7-10 direct reports
- Strengthen carrier and vendor relationships
- Conduct staff reviews and coaching
- Participate in department hiring
- Lead customer service resolution issues
- Workflow management and process improvement
- Audits, compliance, and technology integration/updates
Skills & Experience
- A minimum of five (5) years of property and casualty insurance experience with a strong understanding of the customer service process
- Prior supervisory experience is preferred
