About the Role
One of the country’s fastest growing national insurance organizations seeks an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join their Chicago team. Your accounts will mostly be considered middle market homeowners and auto policies with a small portion in the affluent, private client space.
Duties & Responsibilities
Keys to your success include:
- Ability to quickly process policy changes, additions, billing, claims status, and renewals
- Maintain and update coverage summaries, prepare binders, and ensure accuracy of new policies prior to client delivery
- Assist with account rounding and cross-selling opportunities for existing clients
Skills & Experience
- At least three (3) years of insurance experience servicing personal lines policies (home and auto)
- Independent agency experience is required
- Active state insurance license

Location: Chicago, IL. The agency offers a hybrid schedule – 3 days/week working from home.
