About the Role
100% remote job opening for qualified applicants who reside within the state of Illinois. The Commercial Insurance Agency CSR works for an independent insurance agency based in the greater Chicagoland area. You’ll support the sales and service team with daily policy management, quotes, and renewal preparation.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Renewal preparation: request updated information to complete ACORD applications, use online quote/rating tools to secure pricing options, and work with underwriters to get renewals bound on time
- Client service: field calls and requests from insureds about their policies terms, making changes, issuing certificate and ID cards, billing, and claims
Skills & Experience
- Minimum three (3) years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience
- Active state insurance license
