Location: 100% remote within Texas.
Experience: Minimum three (3) years, preferably five (5) or more years of insurance agency client service experience.
License: Must hold an active insurance license.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor insurance programs and renewals as well as assist clients with clams, billing, policy changes, certificates, and daily customer service issues
- Work closely with external partners like underwriters and brokers to discuss policy and coverage specifications, renewal timelines, and more
