About the Role
100% remote insurance job openings for experienced Commercial Insurance Account Managers for to support a large insurance agency’s sales teams based in the Mid-Atlantic. You manage incoming new clients and direct the activities, workflows and renewal plans for small businesses and mid-sized accounts.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage in-force clients in various stages of their annual policy cycle. From daily policy admin transactions with the account manager to more sophisticated client engagement issues and renewal preparation.
- Handle the marketing process from A-to-Z. Compile submissions and work with underwriters on risk analysis and gaps. Discuss coverage recommendations with clients (even identifying upselling and cross-selling avenues).
- Assist the producer with developing service timelines for top tier clients.
Skills & Experience
- At least three (3) years of Commercial P&C insurance experience in client service and account management.
- Active insurance license.
- Multi-Line coverage background- CGL, Property, Auto, Work Comp, and Professional lines.
