100% remote, work-from-home insurance job opening as Commercial Insurance Account Manager for one of the oldest independent insurance agencies in the Southeast. Duties & Responsibilities
As a Commercial Insurance Account Manager, you will:
- Work closely with producers and marketers to manage monitor insurance programs, strategize about renewals, monitor claims statuses, and handle escalated customer service issues
- Liaise with external partners like underwriters and brokers as well as the client to discuss policy and coverage specifications, renewal timelines, and more
Skills & Experience
- At least three (3) years of property and casualty insurance experience
- Active state insurance license
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
- All-lines coverage knowledge for small and mid-sized business accounts
