Our team is committed to the staffing profession as evidenced by the Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designation. Certification ensures you a knowledgeable and experienced staffing professional that follows the rules clearly defined by federal, state and local governments. This designation also guarantees you a professional committed to the staffing profession. To sit for the CPC exam a staffing professional must have a minimum of two years in the staffing profession. To obtain the designation he/she must study policies, procedures and case laws related to the profession and successfully pass an exam securing a score that demonstrates their knowledge. The staffing professional must recertify every year.
You can talk about service and process, etc., but at the end of the day it’s really about the people you are dealing with. It’s not about one firm having a bigger database or another having a ten step recruiting process; the people who are your business partners make the real difference.
