The Regional Sales Manager will recruit and develop employee benefit and worksite brokers, assist brokers with their worksite sales strategy, and develop effective implementation and enrollment plans within IA, MO, KS, and MO. They will provide training on all products and processes.

Kansas City location ideal for this individual but not required.  Established territory with strong upside income potential.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and maintain relationships with employee benefits brokers, worksite specialists, agents, marketers, and enrollment firms
  • Promote and support production of the Company’s worksite product line
  • Contract and appoint producers
  • Provide sales and product training for brokers and worksite producers

Skills & Experience

4 to 8+ years of experience working in a carrier regional sales representative position with a worksite focused carrier

Compensation & Benefits

$70,000 (base) + commissions, 1st year guarantee $150k, and comprehensive benefits.
