The Worksite Internal Wholesaler provides internal sales support to Regional Sales Managers (RSM), identifies opportunities for RSM’s to meet their sales goals, and shares accountability for territory success in meeting all targets through support to RSM’s. This position is an essential part of the sales functions, promoting the products and services to multiple distribution channels.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Interacting with internal processes for underwriting, policy submit/issue, claims, client services, contracting and licensing, accounting, and commissions
  • Maintaining knowledge and remaining current on industry trends and competitors
  • Providing product knowledge and sales ideas
  • Providing product illustration and explaining detailed product features and benefits
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of products, Home Office processes, and sales strategies
  • Developing strategies for marketing within the assigned territories

Skills & Experience

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in group benefits insurance sales with Worksite sales preferred
  • Professional oral and written communication skills required
  • High energy and collaborative style
  • Proven decision-making ability
  • Talent required in values, work intensity, achiever, positivity, resourcefulness, command, relationship-extension, and exactness


$55,000 + bonus (1.5% premium, estimated $27k to $35k)
