The Internal Sales Manager is a newly created position that will be responsible for the management and development of regional sales coordinators. Key responsibilities include hiring, coaching, and developing a team of internal wholesalers, serving as department liaison, and assisting with department project management.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervising regional sales coordinators
  • Providing sales management and development
  • Implementing scorecard measurables and rocks
  • Serving as worksite group administration department liaison for VP, worksite sales

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required
  • Two to five years of experience in worksite group insurance sales
  • Proven inside sales experience and interested in career advancement into management
  • Proven leadership and supervisor skills
  • Strong working knowledge of worksite industry
  • Professional oral and written communication skills
  • Talents required: purpose, work ethic, competition, focus, arranger, relationship-extension, team, positivity, caring, persuasion, stimulator, and learner

Compensation

$85,000 to $90,000 + bonus
