About the Role

This multi-faceted role is going to oversee all client operations for an employee benefits division of a growing firm in the greater D.C/Arlington area. You will be accountable for client service planning, broad strategy with the account management team, delivering on outsourcing goals, and interacting with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operation efficiencies at all levels of the organization. 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide training, development, and oversight to a team focused on providing subject matter expertise for small to mid-sized employee benefit plans
  • Identify areas of process improvement
  • Stay current on technology and benefit administration tools to streamline process and overall operations 
  • Monitor progress on key client deliverables on an ongoing basis
  • Oversight of documentation for benefit plans, client communication, and internal standards

Skills & Experience

  • 7-10 years of management experience preferred, with a focus on employee benefit plans and operations
  • In-depth knowledge of benefit administration tools and systems a huge plus

Compensation, Benefits, & Perks

$175-200,000 + full benefits package + some WFH flexibility
