About the Role

A progressive independent insurance broker has a unique leadership opportunity for an accomplished personal lines professional. As Vice President, Private Client Personal Lines Leader, you set the strategic vision for the firm’s high net worth practice and lead the current team with passion, innovation, and a best-in-class approach to client service that you know is required to successfully consult with affluent clients on personal risk management.

Duties & Responsibilities

An entrepreneurial organization, this role allows you the freedom to define the agency’s overarching vision for high-net-worth personal lines. Externally, you support sales and marketing efforts to identify prospective clients and utilize sales tools to identify cross-sell opportunities with the firm’s commercial and benefits divisions. You’ll work with existing clients offering subject matter expertise and stewardship to manage in-force programs.

Behind-the-scenes, you support the account management teams, create efficiencies, maintain/expand carrier relationships, and participate in activities that build infrastructure to support a growing practice.

Skills & Experience

Minimum (five) years of successful sales, marketing, and/or leadership within the private client personal lines insurance space
