About the Role
Newly created executive leadership role with a property casualty carrier with a culture of energy and enthusiasm. Reporting to the CEO, the Vice President of Product and Strategic Alignment will chart a course for this client’s growth both in product line development and geographical expansion. This position is future-oriented, supporting research and inquiry into future growth opportunities. In conjunction with the executive leadership team, this position will play a critical role in delivering and executing strategic expansion plans.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted research and analysis to validate hypotheses and generate insights and recommendations for business strategies and opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to identify both adjacent and transformational growth opportunities.
- Conduct build/buy/partner analyses and evaluate critical strategic priorities to drive action.
- Work with senior leaders to develop a long-term growth strategy and execute strategic plans.
- Conduct comprehensive financial evaluations of potential opportunities, including ROI and revenue potential assessment, risk profiling, cost analysis, and identification of organizational resources required.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Strategy, or Business Management required.
- 10+ years of experience, preferably in consulting, strategy, or mergers and acquisitions.
- 5+ years of quantitative or financial research experience in the commercial multi-line insurance industry.
- 5+ years of multi-line operational insurance experience, including leading growth and expansions.
- Ability to function optimally as a true “Business Partner”. Collaborate achieving positive outcomes through working through others.
- Ability to work with strong leaders.

Compensation, Benefits, & Perks
