We are seeking a strategic and visionary Vice President of Marketing, Sales, and Communications to lead our client’s efforts in promoting brand, driving sales, and enhancing internal and external communication.
As the Vice President of Marketing, Sales, and Communications, you will be a pivotal member of the executive team, responsible for shaping and executing strategies to boost market presence, increase sales, and improve customer engagement. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence our company’s growth and reputation in the personal lines homeowners insurance market.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing, sales, and communications strategies
- Lead the development and management of brand, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand image
- Oversee the sales team, setting targets, and strategies
- Collaborate with underwriting and product teams to develop competitive products
- Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives, to generate leads and drive policyholder engagement
Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, sales, and communications leadership roles within the insurance industry
- Strong understanding of the personal lines homeowners insurance market and its unique customer dynamics
- Demonstrated success in leading marketing campaigns, driving sales growth, and managing communications in a customer-centric environment
$200,000 to $225,000 + 15% bonus
