About the Role

Leader in the Medical Stop Loss Captive space seeks polished business development/sales professional. As a Vice President, Business Development – Medical Stop Loss, you will direct and oversee sales objectives and initiatives of the Medical Stop Loss team. This includes evaluating effectiveness of current sales programs and customer relationship management.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs
  • Create and execute a territory plan
  • Assist with development of sales presentations and proposals
  • Track team metrics and present to leadership

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business
  • At least five (5) years of sales related experience planning and implementing sales strategies for Medical Stop Loss
  • Significant experience in Medical Stop Loss and self-funded medical plan
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies

Compensation & Benefits

$150,000 to $200,000, bonus, generous benefits package
